Horizontal pneumatic cylindric paper reeling machine is used to reel the paper web from paper machine to close and uniform paper roll.
In this machine, the drive of reeling drum is included in the paper machine drive system.
The winding roll, which lean closely on the rotating reeling drum, is driven depending on reeling drum surface friction. The linear pressure between winding roll and reeling drum is adjustable by the control of air inlet pressure of auxiliary arm pneumatic cylinder and main arm pneumatic cylinder through operating station.
Winding roll is driven depending on reeling drum surface friction. So with the increasing of paper roll diameter, the paper roll rotating speed also become lower correspondingly. There is no need to adjust the speed.
This machine is divided into left and right arrange types according to drive position. Facing paper out direction, if drive is on the right side, it is called right hand machine; if drive is on the left side, it is called left hand machine.
