Inflow pressure screen working principle is: Pulp is flowing into the cavity between the cylindrical shell and screen basket along the tangent, and then the acceptable fiber, by uses of the pressure difference on both sides of the screen basket, is flowing into the screen basket through the hole (or slot) and is discharged from the bottom pulp outlet; and the rejects outside the screen basket, by pulp pressure and rotor drive, are discharged through the tailings outlet.
This series of products use stainless steel screen basket. The parts and components in contact with pulp are all made of stainless steel and polished to avoid fiber winding; rotor is multi-wing structure and rotor wings are made of specially-treated stainless steel and are evenly distributed outside the screen basket.
